How it works: Simply email a photo of the person(s) to printsbygigii@outlook.com. If you don’t have a group photo, separate images of each individual are perfectly fine. Please note that pets cannot be included.

Peace of mind guarantee: Before we ship your order, we will send you a digital draft of your print for approval via email. You must approve this preview to ensure it's exactly how you envision it before we proceed with production.

Important Details:
- This print is not a custom artwork. It’s a representation of the people you share with us through the images you provide.
- Custom clothing or patterns (such as specific logos or unique patterns) cannot be incorporated. Standard clothing like t-shirts, jeans, and dresses will be used, as shown in the examples.
- If we encounter any challenges with representing your submitted photos, we’ll offer an alternative design in the preview for your approval before finalising your order.

Digital Files & Self Printing
Digital files are emailed to your checkout email as a high quality PNG. Our files can be printed from sizes as small as 6x4”, all the way up to A3.

To print your digital print yourself, simply use a trusted local professional printing company. Officeworks is also a great printer to order with!
Please refrain from using Kmart, Target, Big W or any other retailer who does not specify in print work
